To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday)
- phone us on 0121 445 1704, Monday to Friday, when we are open
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open
When you get in touch, we will ask what you need help with. The information you give us will be triaged by a GP and they will use it to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Routine appointments
To request a routine appointment within the next two weeks, as we have up to 2 weeks appointments available depending on the clinical need
- use our appointment request form, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm. It is important to note that your request will be reviewed on the same day it is submitted, and you will receive a response from the practice within 1 working day regarding your query.
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- phone us on 0121 445 1704, Monday to Friday, when we are open
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open

Your appointment
However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
- on a video call
- by text or email.
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
To cancel your appointment:
- use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app)
- phone us on 0121 445 1704 and use the check and cancel appointment option 4, available 24 hours a day 7 days a week without having to hold and speak to the team
- phone us on 0121 445 1704, Monday to Friday, when we are open
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open
Extended access appointments are available through Bromsgrove PCN.
Across the 9 practices extended access appointments are available both during the week in practices and via the hub at BHI Parkside on Saturdays. Please contact reception on 0121 445 1704 for more information.
Cancellation of extended access appointments can be done via the hub on 01527 888590.
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Please tell us:
- If there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond.
- If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email.
- If you need an interpreter.
- If you have any other access or communication needs.
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice as soon after 8am as possible on 0121 445 1704.
