Barnt Green Surgery can offer you a travel appointment if required.
We offer an NHS travel service and can provide Japanese encephalitis, Rabies and tick borne encephalitis privately. We do not presently offer Yellow Fever Vaccinations.
We can provide the following travel vaccinations free on the NHS if indicated from your risk assessment form:
Polio, diphtheria and tetanus Hepatitis A
Measles mumps & rubella Typhoid Meningitis Cholera
An appointment with the Nurse should be made at least 8 weeks prior to travelling so that a travel risk assessment can be undertaken to establish what vaccines you require.
Our reception team will then be able to make you an initial 20 minute appointment to see a Nurse who can provide you with the necessary advice and NHS vaccinations.
